We will contact you and first of all ask for the property address & purchase value, from this we can then research the property and provide you with a full quotation.
If you then decide to proceed we just require a written confirmation & the agents details and from this we then take care of the rest for you.
Next steps-

We contact the agent and agree with the vendor, a date & time that is suitable to ensure no delays on the day.

Ian Barton our head surveyor will then inspect the property thoroughly and debrief you on a call after the survey to let us know of any issues, before the official report is written. This ensures no surprises when receiving the report.

Our reports are with you between 24- 48 hours, and are the most specialist & comprehensive on the market.

You then will be equipped with all the information you could need regarding your purchase and will hopefully go on to have a successful purchase and straightforward sale.
