Shiremead Surveyors is an independent surveying company , specialising in Level 2 Home Buyers Surveys, Level 3 Full Building Surveys ( Structural ) and Buy to Let Surveys.
Our Managing Director / Surveyor Ian Barton has over 20 years experience in the building surveying industry , with other qualifications in Fire Risk, Damp and HMO inspections + certification.
We are member's of the RPSA-
Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA) who are a representative body for independent specialist surveyors, who are the industry's leading specialists in reporting on the condition of residential properties on behalf of home buyers.
The RPSA is the largest governing body for independent surveyors based in the UK.
We undertake inspections on both old and newer properties and will endeavour to give you a clear and concise snapshot of the property, you are hoping to make your own.
For all of our survey options, we use a aerial pole camera, as well as a standard camera to show our clients the roof structure, chimney, turrets and any potential damp / structural issues that a normal camera would not be able to show. Our Pole camera shows up to 12 metres above ground level and all of the images will be included in your official survey documentation.
We are a family run business based in the New forest - Ringwood.
We understand how stressful and demanding purchasing and selling properties can be and aim to take some of that worry away from our clients and arm them with the information they will need to be completely reassured and settled in their purchase.
